First 3 Fund
North Spartanburg is filled with people who don't have a spiritual home. There is a deep need and desire to live intentional lives. We want to help people see that the most intentional life they can live is in Jesus, and he changes everything. We are raising funds to help us in our first 3 years of planting to make a lasting impact in our community.
The generosity we have received so far:
We have a building
We have been gifted with a building in North Spartanburg/Boiling Springs. This building has space for worship, kids, and a HUGE yard for evenings. We are so grateful for the Wesleyan District in South Carolina for stewarding their properties to help people experience Jesus in a profound way.
We have money to renovate that building
Our District, in partnership with Alive Wesleyan, has also provided 125,000 dollars for building updates. These funds will be used to provide a safe and inspiring environment for people to pursue intentional living in Jesus. It also allows all the money that we raise to go directly to making an impact for Jesus, not the light bill!
What does it take?
According to our initial budget calculations, we will need to raise 300,000 dollars to support the first three years of ministry in Spartanburg. By doing so, we will be in a position to make a long-lasting impact in our local community. ​
