Day 14: God with Us in our Pain

Scripture:"He was despised and rejected—a man of sorrows, acquainted with deepest grief. We turned our backs on him and looked the other way. He was despised, and we did not care." —Isaiah 53:3

Devotional:

Jesus is not unfamiliar with pain. He experienced rejection, sorrow, and suffering in ways many of us will never fully understand. Yet, He didn’t shy away from the brokenness of this world. He entered into it, felt it deeply, and through it, offers us the comfort of knowing that we are never alone in our pain. Today, take comfort in knowing that Jesus is acquainted with your grief and is with you in it, offering you His peace.
